| Ian Wight - ChairmanMr. Wight served as Managing Partner of Deloitte in the Cayman Islands for over 20 years with overall responsibility for the operations of the firm. He has extensive experience in insolvency matters and a special expertise in the wind up of financial institutions, investment fund companies, and SPV companies. He has been an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1974 and a Fellow since 1981. He has been a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants since 1979. Ian retired from Deloitte in 2012 and now works as a consultant and has a consultancy arrangement with Deloitte. Most recently, Mr. Wight was appointed by the Governor as a member of the Commission for Standards in Public Life. |

Peter CockhillPeter is the Managing Partner of the Cayman legal practice and co-head of Ogier’s global Investment Funds team. He is a director of Cayman Finance, and is a director of the global board of Hedge Funds Care. His principal areas of practice are investment funds, private equity, corporate and commercial, and restructuring and insolvency. |

Kevin LloydKevin joined the Cayman Islands office of KPMG in 1991, became a Partner in 1997 and was appointed as Regional Head of Audit in 2004. He has led the audit practice through significant growth and regulatory change, driving industry specialization, collaboration, leadership and engagement. Kevin’s responsibility as Partner in charge of People, Performance and Culture has been critical in ensuring that KPMG recruits, develops and retains high performers who are passionate about delivering real value to our clients. Kevin’s client base focuses on entities in the Insurance and Banking sectors and he served as Lead Insurance Partner for many years. |

Frazer LindsayFrazer Lindsay is the Territory Senior Partner for the Cayman Islands firm of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers). He joined the firm in 1992 and was admitted to the PwC partnership in July 2000. Mr. Lindsay is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland. |

Gonzalo Jalles - Chief Executive OfficerFormerly the CEO of HSBC Cayman, Mr. Jalles founded his own financial services consulting company, Javelin Group, late last year. Prior to his almost six years leading HSBC in the Cayman Islands, Mr. Jalles worked in HSBC’s London, Bermuda and Argentina offices as Director of International Development, Managing Director/CEO, and Chief Investment Officer, respectively. He also served as President of the Cayman Islands Bankers’ Association from 2009 to 2012. Before joining HSBC, Mr. Jalles worked at Santander Investments, developing the firm’s asset management business for over five years and creating the second largest asset manager in Argentina. Mr. Jalles has a degree in
economics and a Masters degree in Finance. He also holds a Chartered
Financial Analyst designation. |

Bryan HunterBryan Hunter is the managing partner of Appleby's Cayman office and the Corporate and Commercial practice group head in Cayman. He has extensive experience in the structuring and formation of hedge funds, funds of funds and private equity funds. He regularly advises on various operational and regulatory issues in relation to these funds. His practice also includes general corporate matters, corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions. Bryan is a notary public in the Cayman Islands. He has served as a board member of the Civil Aviation Authority, the Caymanian Bar Association (of which he is a past president) and the Chamber of Commerce and has served as a member of the Financial Services Council. Bryan has contributed to various legal publications, including Legal Week and the Cayman Financial Review. |

Mark LewisMark Lewis is Managing Partner - Clients and Senior Investment Funds at Walkers. He has in excess of 25 years of post qualification experience, the last 14 of which have been with Walkers in the Cayman Islands, specialising in all aspects of mainstream corporate work, particulary hedge funds. Mark is founding board member of the Cayman Islands branch of Hedge Funds Care, and was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee of AIMA Cayman in September 2008. He is also a member of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority's E-Reporting Working Group. |

Conor O'DeaMr. O’Dea is the Managing Director of Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited. He has a strong background in Audit having worked with a large international accounting firm prior to joining Butterfield as their Financial Controller in 1989. Conor is a past president of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce, and the C.I. Bankers’ Association. He also served on the C.I. Government National Advisory Council from 2002-2005. |

David Roberts - TreasurerMr. Roberts is the Treasurer for Cayman Finance. He is Managing Director of Cayman Management Ltd., the longest established pure management office in the Cayman Islands. Mr. Roberts is representing the Cayman Islands Managers Association on the Cayman Finance board. |

Dan ScottDan is the regional managing partner and asset management sector leader for the Bahamas, Bermuda and Cayman Islands Sub-Area of Ernst & Young's Financial Services Office. He is also a member of the Ernst & Young Global Hedge Fund Steering Commitee, which provides strategic direction to the global practice. Dan has been with Ernst & Young for more than 25 years and has extensive asset management experience. He serves several multinational asset management clients. Among his area of focus are audit and advisory services, including structuring and servicing complex global and offshore funds. Dan received a B.S. in accounting from the University of Tampa. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is currently registered and licensed as a CPA in the State of Florida. Dan is currently a Board Member of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange and also a Member of the Cayman Islands National Advisory Council. He is a past President of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants (CISPA). |

Stuart SybersmaStu has over 25 years experience in public accounting, the last 18 of which have been based in the Cayman Islands where he has been a partner since 2000. Stuart currently leads the firm's Financial Advisory Services department and specializes in insolvency, forensic accounting and dispute consulting. He is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant, as well as a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner. He is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants and founding board member of the Cayman Islands chapter of the Alternative Investment Management Association ("AIMA"). In addition to his local responsibilities, Stuart is the lead partner for Financial Advisory Services in the Deloitte Caribbean & Bermuda Cluster, as well as a member of the America's Financial Advisory Services board. |

Henry SmithHenry is Global Managing Partner of Maples and Calder worldwide. Henry has extensive experience in all aspects of offshore finance transactions, focusing on private equity funds, hedge funds, CLO/CDOs and other structured finance transactions. Henry joined Maples and Calder in 1994 and was made partner in 1999. Henry previously worked for Freshfields in London, New York and Tokyo. Henry is named as a leading private funds lawyer in The International Who's Who of Private Funds Lawyers 2011, the PLC Which Lawyer? Yearbook 2011 and by the 2010 edition of Chambers Global. |
