These are examined from the point of view of United States and Latin American taxpayers by Florida attorneys Rahul Ranadive and Steven I. Cantor. The well-known lecturer and international tax specialist Marshall Langer discusses how the IRS gets informatioin from Caribbean jurisdictions, and Milton Grundy, the President of the Association, concludes the meeting with talk on tax saving opportunities (and tax pitfalls) for the Cayman company or trust engaged in making investments or doing business abroad.
