The merger between specialist professional services group, Mourant and leading Cayman law firm, Quin & Hampson is now complete. The deal marks a significant milestone for Mourant - its first merger with a law firm - and takes place shortly after Mourant du Feu & Jeune, the group's offshore law firm, opened an office in New York.
