Company management and corporate administration services firm DMS Corporate Services Ltd has expanded its staff base and promote employees to meet client needs.
Bernadette Bailey-Lewis and Jelana Eckart have advanced to leadership positions, and DMS has recently hired Rolene Ebanks as Corporate Administrator.
As the new Head of Dissolution Services, Mrs Bailey-Lewis, a Caymanian, is primarily responsible for the voluntary dissolutions of companies that are registered to operate in the Cayman Islands.
She was formerly employed at Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP where she managed the voluntary liquidations of hedge funds registered to operate in the Cayman Islands. Prior to that, she was a Senior Analyst in the compliance department of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
Mrs Bailey-Lewis holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in Forensic Accounting, and a second Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the International College of the Cayman Islands. She also holds professional qualification as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
“Joining DMS has provided me great opportunities, particularly during this time when there is an increased demand for dissolution services. I have been able to use my experience and skills to further improve the quality of DMS’ services and further develop young Caymanians in this field,” Mrs Bailey-Lewis said.
As the new Head of Corporate Administration and Fiduciary Services, Mrs Eckart is responsible for the team providing registered office, company formation together with other fiduciary services. She oversees a team of corporate administrators who are committed to quality client communication and satisfaction.
Prior to that, she served as a Senior Corporate Administrator for affiliate company DMS Management Ltd., the largest management firm in the Cayman Islands focused on serving the hedge fund industry. Having previously worked in the legal industry for 21 years, Mrs Eckart is completing her paralegal degree and has extensive experience from her previous employment with Ogier, Appleby and Watson Goepel Maledy.

Caymanian professional Rolene Ebanks has joined DMS as a Corporate Administrator. Ms Ebanks previously worked at Cititrust (Cayman) Ltd as a Corporate Services Secretary/Service Officer. She is currently working towards obtaining a diploma in Corporate Banking by distance learning with IFS School of Finance in the UK.
