Cayman National Bank and Bank of Butterfield were open today, Saturday, in George Town.

CNB branches out of George Town will remain closed while efforts focus on providing the best possible service from Elgin Avenue.
Electricity has been restored today to CNB at Elgin Avenue and electronic systems are operational and data intact.
Telecommunications, other than cell phones on a restricted basis, are not yet operational. Once land lines are functioning in George Town, expected on Monday, then internet connections, online banking and ATM's, on a restricted basis, will be back in service. This should permit international debit and credit cards to function at sites with appropriate connections.
CNB on Cayman Brac was open on Wednesday and will now operate as normally as possible.

The offices of Cayman General Insurance at Harbour Place will be open from Monday 20th September when it is also hoped to commence a more comprehensive service at the Cayman National building on Elgin Avenue, George Town.
