There are two aspects of our corporate services: the Cayman Islands company and the corporate service providers who provide services to them.
The Cayman Islands company is well regarded as a high quality product. The jurisdiction has long maintained a policy of quality over quantity in its companies regime, with a strong emphasis on reputable parties and a high level of professionals in place to service the companies. All corporate service providers are required to be licensed under the Company Management Law and regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. These providers offer a range of services including, providing directorships, nominee shareholders, registered office services to providing full company management services. The Cayman Islands company can be used for a variety of purposes including structured financing, trading, shipping and others. Companies are incorporated under the Companies Law and there are five types of companies which may be registered. There are currently over 70,000 companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
